Planet carriers are key components in planetary gear mechanisms. They are used to support multiple planetary gears and ensure their normal operation between the central sun gear and the peripheral ring gear. They are widely used in mechanical transmission systems such as automotive gearboxes and industrial reducers.

High Strength
Our planet carriers are made of high-strength alloy steel with a yield strength of up to 850 MPa, while the yield strength of traditional carbon steel is about 250-400 MPa. Higher yield strength means that the planet carrier is not easy to deform under heavy loads, and can still maintain the stability of gear meshing under dynamic loads of up to 200 tons. It is particularly suitable for high-stress environments such as industrial heavy machinery and engineering vehicle transmission systems.
High Precision
Our planet carriers are processed using advanced five-axis CNC machine tools to ensure that the processing accuracy is within the range of ±0.01 mm. Compared with the industry average processing accuracy of ±0.05 mm, this high precision ensures a high degree of matching of parts, which can effectively reduce friction caused by errors between gears and extend the life of the gear system by about 25%.
Wear Resistance
The surface of the planetary carrier is carburized and quenched to a hardness of HRC60, which is about 50% higher than the HRC40 of the untreated product. This high hardness can reduce the wear rate by 40%, reduce the clearance change caused by wear, ensure that the gear system still maintains precise meshing during long-term use, greatly delay the occurrence of parts failure, and extend the service life of the planetary carrier to more than 50,000 hours.
