Product introduction

 

The railway bogie frame is a key component of rail vehicles. It is located under the vehicle body and supports and connects the wheels, axle boxes, suspension systems and other components. Its main functions include bearing the weight of the vehicle body, transmitting traction and braking force, guiding the vehicle to run along the track, and absorbing the vibration and impact generated during operation.

High Strength
Our railway bogie frame is made of high-strength low-alloy steel with a yield strength of 350 MPa and a tensile strength of 500 MPa. Compared with traditional carbon steel materials (yield strength of about 235 MPa), the strength is increased by about 50%. This material can withstand the huge vertical loads and impact forces generated by high-speed trains during operation, ensuring safety and stability under long-term use.

 

Lightweight
During the manufacturing process, our railway bogie frame uses computer simulation to analyze the stress distribution of the frame under different load conditions and remove areas with lower stress, thereby effectively reducing weight without sacrificing load-bearing performance, from 850 kg in traditional designs to 720 kg, a weight reduction of about 15%, which not only improves the train operation efficiency, but also directly reduces energy consumption.

 

Corrosion Resistance
Our frame surface has three layers of anti-corrosion coating, which can remain corrosion-free for 1,500 hours in a salt spray environment (simulating humid air with high concentrations of sodium chloride, often used to evaluate the anti-corrosion performance of metal materials), while traditional coatings can only last for 800 hours, and the anti-corrosion performance is improved by nearly 88%.

 

High Precision
We have achieved a processing accuracy of ±0.5 mm for frame parts through CNC machining and robot welding technology, and the total assembly error is controlled within ±1 mm. Compared with traditional manual welding (error is about ±3 mm), the accuracy is improved by 200%. High-precision manufacturing significantly reduces the vibration problem caused by assembly errors, making the vehicle running smoother by about 15%.
