Our Simis is a professional casting manufacturer in China. Our axle boxes have been exported to Russia and Ukraine. Our railway parts productions obtained CRCC, IRIS, AAR, UIC, TSI quality system certification, which guarantees high quality railway products for our domestic and foreign customers.
The material of axle box is carbon steel and they are casted by ARC furnace through resin sand casting technology or lost foam casting technology. After casting, the axle box will be heat treated, then will be machined by CNC center. We have the capability of producing 8000pcs finished axle box in one month.
