Product Introduction
The electric submersible pump parts include a submersible motor, a protector, an oil-gas separator, and a multistage centrifugal pump. The submersible motor is responsible for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy to drive the pump. The protector is used to prevent well fluid from entering the motor. The oil-gas separator separates the gas in the well fluid to reduce the impact of the gas on the pump performance. The multistage centrifugal pump consists of multiple impellers and guide wheels, which generate centrifugal force through rotation to lift the well fluid to the surface.
Product Features
Wear Resistance
The electric submersible pump parts are equipped with tungsten carbide coating, whose hardness reaches above HRC65, which can effectively resist the wear of high-sand underground environments. In well fluids with a sand content of up to 0.5%, after 5000 hours of continuous operation, the wear depth of the impeller and guide wheel is less than 0.05 mm, while the wear depth of ordinary parts without tungsten carbide coating under the same conditions averages 0.15 mm, the wear rate is reduced by approximately 67%.
High Efficiency
The multi-stage centrifugal pump of the electric submersible pump improves the liquid delivery efficiency to 88% by optimizing the curvature of the impeller and the angle of the flow channel, which is a 12% improvement compared to the traditional design. This means that more well fluid can be delivered with the same power consumption, thus significantly reducing the delivery cost per cubic meter of fluid. For example, in an oil field with a daily production of 2,000 cubic meters of well fluid, approximately 12,000 kilowatt hours of electricity can be saved every year.
Anti-cavitation
The oil-gas separator equipped with the electric submersible pump can still operate stably even with a gas content of up to 15%. This is because the gas separation efficiency of the separator reaches 97%, which is 15% higher than that of ordinary separators. It can effectively separate the free gas in the well fluid and reduce the amount of gas entering the pump chamber, thereby reducing the risk of cavitation, that is, The phenomenon of damage to the pump body due to the collapse of bubbles in the low-pressure area of the pump.
