Products Description

The impeller and diffuser of a submersible pump are its core components, which directly affect the performance and efficiency of the pump. The impeller is a rotating component that converts the mechanical energy of the motor into the kinetic energy and pressure energy of the liquid through rotation to drive the liquid flow. The diffuser is a fixed component located behind the impeller. Its main function is to guide the high-speed liquid coming out of the impeller and convert part of the kinetic energy into pressure energy, thereby improving the overall efficiency of the pump.

Products Description

High Efficiency
The number of blades of the impeller and diffuser directly affects the head and efficiency of the submersible pump. When the number of impeller blades is 6 and the number of diffuser blades is 8, the efficiency of the pump is increased by about 2.61% and the head is increased by 0.574 meters. Therefore, using this submersible pump in agricultural irrigation can increase the water supply to more than 500 cubic meters per hour under the same energy consumption conditions, meeting the water supply needs of high flow and high head.

Corrosion Resistance
The impeller and diffuser are made of corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel or duplex steel). In a 500-hour salt spray corrosion test, the corrosion depth of the material surface is less than 0.02 mm, while the corrosion depth of traditional cast iron materials reaches 0.08 mm. In harsh environments with high salt or chemicals (such as seawater extraction, industrial wastewater treatment, and mine drainage), the product can maintain stable performance and ensure that the efficiency of the pump is not affected by the external environment.

Low Noise
When the liquid flows between the impeller and diffuser, turbulence will occur due to uneven velocity distribution, resulting in increased noise. The impeller and guide vanes of the submersible pump adopt an optimized fluid mechanics design, which effectively reduces this phenomenon and keeps the operating noise below 60 decibels, which is 20% lower than the industry average. This makes the product particularly suitable for scenarios with strict requirements on noise, such as urban water supply and residential drainage.
