Our main products include turbocharger spares, turbine wheels, compressor wheels, compressor impellers, gas turbine blades, nozzle rings, nozzle guide vanes, turbojet engine, turbine blades, turbine impellers of gas turbine, turbine blades of steam turbine, marine engine turbine blades and other power equipment precision casting. The materials mainly include nickel base high temperature alloy, iron base high temperature alloy, such as Inconel 713C, Inconel 713LC, Inconel 718, K418, K213 etc.
We have various advanced casting equipments, machining equipments and inspection equipments, including 10 stations of fully automatic cylinder pressure wax injection machines, 3 vacuum casting furnaces with different weights, water sand blasting machines, shell pipelines etc. Also we constantly improve our test capabilities, with spectrometer, CMM, X-ray machine etc. And we have many different types of machining equipments, such as Mazak five axis precision CNC center, high precision grinding machine and CNC lathe to meet customer’s requirements.
