We can supply a wide variety of cast steel and cast aluminum industrial fan blades for a multitude of industrial ventilation and other ventilation uses. Most of our industrial fan blade steel castings and aluminum castings are produced by investment casting from AISI4140 steel and by low pressure casting from A356-T6 to use as mounting points on to the fans hub.

Depending on the application of the industrial ventilation system and strength requirements of the cast blades these can be heat treated as customer’s requirements. Since the industrial fan blade castings can be cast with an air foil shape they can be much more efficient than standard stamped fan blades. All of this along with our foundry's proprietary casting process gives you a high quality and high performance industrial fan blade!
